If you are not entirely satisfied with any part of our service, we encourage you to lodge a complaint accordingly. We do our utmost to prioritise any grievances and will try to resolve your issue via our escalation procedures. In the event that a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, you can lodge your complaint with the Authority listed below:
Being a UK Licensed gambling operator, we offer dispute resolution by an independent third party or ‘alternate dispute resolution’ (ADR) provider in line with LCCP social responsibility (SR) code 6.1.1.
